I was completely satisfied. Car is almost new, with low mileage, clean and looks beautiful. They explained the rules of rent, insurance and what to do in emergency situations. They brought the car to the airport, took it there too, didn't have to waste time, it's very convenient. I highly recommend Long Island Black Car. The cars are very clean and very nice. The driver was right on time (probably early as he was there when we walked through the baggage claim doors) for both pickups to and from the airport and made the trip feel very smooth. Our driver, Sunny, was highly professional and extremely courteous. He's an asset to the company and was thoughtful for each aspect of our trip, including carrying our luggage, as well as keeping us informed about the weather, traffic and arrival time. He was friendly, but not obtrusive. I travel often and will now use this service exclusively.

We used Long Island Black Car for our getaway car for our wedding. It was a little more than we planned to spend for a 5 minute drive but worth the cost in other areas. We loved that the car arrived at our venue fifteen minutes before our exit so our planners could load the car and we could leave right after our exit. The car was clean, and our driver Liton was excellent.

I called several times with changes as our itinerary was changing constantly during my coordination with passengers on our trip. This car was ordered for my daughter and I to visit on a trip from Connecticut to California so it was important for me to get it right. Sunny and Liton were SUPER STARS! They noted all the edits to my reservation, right up until the night before the car was to arrive. Then, my driver, Thomas drove up 15 minutes early and literally bent over backwards to make our trip happy, safe and fun! We gave him a workout today, but overall, I just could not recommend this Long Island Black Car company any higher. The price was worth it for the exciting day and trip we had today. THANK YOU!
